At Little Steamers, our curriculum is built on the highly respected Pre-K On My Way program, developed in collaboration with the Yale Child Study Center and published by Scholastic. This five-star, research-based curriculum supports every area of early development including academic, social-emotional, and cognitive growth. Grounded in the science of how young children learn best, Pre-K On My Way offers a strong foundation in early literacy, math, oral language, and social-emotional learning, brought to life through engaging stories, purposeful play, and meaningful teacher-child interactions.
What sets Little Steamers apart is the way we combine this trusted curriculum with a fully integrated STEAM approach. While Pre-K On My Way provides structure and progression, our STEAM environment encourages children to think critically, explore creatively, and engage in hands-on discovery. From science experiments and early engineering challenges to open-ended art projects and technology exploration, children are inspired to question, investigate, and express their ideas with confidence.
Our goal is to nurture capable, curious, and confident learners who are well-prepared for the next stage of their education. Many of our graduates go on to attend leading schools in Qatar such as the American School of Doha, Doha College, Qatar Academy, and others.
